Hi! I'm
Jaela Kennedy
My name is Jaela Kennedy, I am a Senior at the University of Cincinnati, Majoring in Law & society and minoring in communications and criminal justice. With a certificate in paralegal studies

I was born with a big heart and all my life I have wanted to help others. This is especially why I want to become a lawyer in the future. I have realized, the only way to get a significant change is by doing it through the legal system. I aspire to be like Bryan Stevenson-he saved 125 men from the death penalty who were wrongfully accused.

Since starting at UC I have stayed busy. I have been involved in a variety of organizations and I am proud to say that I am the reigning Miss Kuamka at the university of Cincinnati. I am a roar guide and I am also a proud volunteer who helps students with English and math.

I love to sing and travel. I want to travel more in order to get the opportunity to learn about new cultures. There's nothing I love more than my family. They are my biggest supporters, and they are always people I can count on. I also love animals so much, especially turtles and penguins.

Through the Honors program at UC, I am becoming a global citizen scholar, and this is getting me one step closer to creating a world full of love instead of hate.
I am so excited for what the future holds!!
